Responsibilities:
Contribute to Telecommunication industry for Antaes clients.
Responsible to analyse, prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of Radio Access Network (RAN). The main job responsibilities include executing change requests, performing upgrades, and delivering radio network design services.
Detail activities include radio solution development, radio network planning, coverage, and capacity dimensioning to meet customer objectives and performance targets.
Perform site survey, radio measurement, and testing on site.
Produce detailed RF design and survey report. This includes macro, small cells, and in-building systems.
Deliver improvement services. Include radio network performance analysis, provide recommendation and solutions to improve customer network performance.
Perform audit, parameter consistency, and health check.
Perform radio hardware and software performance verification and user acceptance test in lab and live network environment.
Drive technical issues investigation and network performance improvement.
Drive KPI acceptance in the project delivery.
Identify gaps and issues in existing processes and drive improvements.
Lead other RF / Network Engineers in the project delivery and acceptance.
Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer/electrical engineering.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in Radio Network Design & Optimization.
Strong technical knowledge in 3G, 4G & 5G. Experienced in dealing with network equipment, radio network features, and parameters.
Hands-on skills in network design and optimization tools, e.g., IBWAVE, Mentum Planet, TEMS, R&S, NEMO, Geolocation platforms.
Possession of outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as having strong interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated individual, with phenomenal confidence working with diverse partner groups.
Result-oriented with focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery. Strong customer focus and high concern for quality is required.
Experience in leading team in RF project delivery and acceptance.
Analyze customer needs and recommend high-level product and service solutions.
Assess existing network capabilities and needs for the customer with considerations of impacts of planned implementations on existing networks.
Propose features and solutions based on network analysis with recommendation of migration, test, and acceptance strategies.
Define the service scope for service delivery, timeline, and budget estimations.
Plan activities required for order, verification, test, and migration.
Define quality checkpoints, test, and migration strategies, and environment requirements.
Write or delegate code and scripts as per requirement specifications with parameter definition for setting, changing, or deleting configurations.
Ensure templates and tools exist for script collection and production.
Collect configuration data and use agreed tools to create DT/scripts/files, verifying for implementation with test cases according to specifications.
Secure OSS, HW, SW, licenses, and configuration data in correct formats/versions. Store configuration data on node/OSS.
Define and prepare system, module, and acceptance test cases and documentation.
Perform integration and migration work. Troubleshoot and solve problems during integration.
Create project CSR for identified faults and conduct exit criteria checks (health checks, known faults, licenses, etc.). Prepare completion reports and handover documentation.
Troubleshoot based on process reviews when integration problems arise.
Support root cause analysis and handle integration problems with proper escalation of issues to Integration Support Unit (ITAC) or Customer Support when required.
Suggest, drive, and implement new ways of working through analyzing processes, methods, and tools for performance and quality.
Perform technical impact analysis as part of Life Cycle Management engagements.
Identify project requirements, milestones, tollgates, and customer inputs.
Prescribe the correct order and interconnections between project processes in partnership with CPM.
Administer these processes in an activity management platform.
Align operational plans and supply delivery, adjusting timing based on delivery team inputs.
Monitor delivery documents and report deviations.
Create, plan, and release work plans to stakeholders.
Update the Top Down Plan and Customer Deliverable Master List.
Analyze and align legal impacts, including OHS + EHS, security, and financial impacts.
Review and translate contractual terms and conditions into defined customer deliverables.
Analyze operational progress of the project, including financial and delivery aspects.
Ensure project reports are accurate and timely distributed.
Identify reporting requirements and ensure alignment and consistency of information across systems.
Gather and evaluate inputs required for planning work and detail delivery pace based on scope and duration.
Recommend data-driven improvements to the CPM for current and future projects.
Efficiently use data analysis to identify improvements in cost, timeline, and overall performance.
Support adherence to responsible business practices from delivery teams and ASPs.
Identify and manage risks associated with the project.
