Overview

Role: Digital Marketing Specialist (Social and Programmatic). Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing. Morrow Health is redefining preventive healthcare by integrating precision medicine, digital tools, and lifestyle interventions in a seamless ecosystem. Our flagship centre in Singapore combines a medical clinic with a next-generation lifestyle facility, supported by AI, health coaching, and the latest in diagnostics and recovery modalities. This role manages and executes growth marketing, digital marketing and strategy with a focus on social and programmatic channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Social and Programmatic: Media planning and buying on Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and other social and programmatic platforms. Run both always-on and tactical paid campaigns aligned to goals and budgets; monitor and optimize campaigns and ad sets to ensure efficient spend and pacing, keeping metrics such as Cost Per Lead and Cost Per Mille low.
  • Ensure content on channels aligns with brand guidelines and strengthens brand affinity and loyalty.
  • Produce weekly reports on social and programmatic performance, including insights, measurements, keyword research and search trends.
  • Help manage and maintain social and programmatic assets. Configure integrations, measurements, attributions, conversions and dashboards; use GA4 and UTM codes for tracking and attribution.

Strategy and Insights

  • Use data and insights to inform marketing and business strategy. Analyze data, maintain dashboards, create PowerPoint slides and generate insights.
  • Assist with primary and secondary research such as email surveys, interviews, focus groups, web searches, scientific literature review, and evaluating various documents and primary sources.

Ad hoc tasks

  • Carry out other ad hoc tasks as requested.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders on growth-related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Community to integrate their initiatives into your work.
  • Partner with Content and Education to integrate their content and education initiatives into your work.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social and programmatic.
  • Experience in other areas of digital marketing would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience in integrated marketing and business/marketing strategy and insights would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience working with agencies.
  • Polished communication, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion and interest for preventive healthcare, lifestyle medicine and longevity medicine is desirable.
  • Relevant degree or diploma would be highly advantageous.
