Job Description:

  • Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment.

  • Make service reports with details of job progress, working/traveling time, technical advice, and recommendations if any.
  • Report and share job progress with the superior.
  • Provide technical support and training for customers, service agents, and internal teams.
  • Arrange necessary parts and drawings and send them to agents.
  • Maintain tools in good condition for safety and high-quality service.
  • Create manuals/support documents to share experiences with other engineers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
  • Review maintenance lists and service reports for sales support.
  • Cover all Technician responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in electronic/electrical engineering or relevant.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in vessel main engine automation systems or related field.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering principles, hands-on experience with equipment or systems, and good knowledge of electrical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for attending onboard for maintenance, inspection, repair, troubleshooting, and modification. You will also manage field activities and schedule, resolve malfunctions, and oversee repairs and technical improvements.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum diploma in electronic/electrical engineering or relevant, and a minimum 4 years of experience in vessel main engine automation systems or related field. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
