Team Manager @ BGC Group Pte Ltd | Recruitment, Talent Management We’re growing our team BGC Group is looking for experienced and driven IT Recruiters who love the challenge of matching great tech talent with exciting projects — without the pressure of business development (BD not required). As part of our delivery team, you’ll focus on end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across multiple domains, from software engineering and DevOps to cybersecurity, data, and cloud. Responsibilities Source, screen, and place IT professionals for contract, project-based roles. Use creative sourcing tools — LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search — to find niche tech talent. Conduct screenings to evaluate candidate skills and fit. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment on hiring needs, updates, and candidate feedback. Manage fast-moving hiring cycles and support bench recruitment to keep pipelines strong. Collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless candidate and client experience. What we are looking for 2–4 years of IT recruitment experience (agency or BPO). Solid understanding of technical roles and industry trends. Experience in contract staffing or outsourcing a plus. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about tech hiring. No BD targets — focus purely on recruitment delivery. Clear career path toward Senior or Lead Recruiter roles. Exposure to diverse IT clients and emerging technologies. Attractive, performance-based commissions rewarding your results.
