Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Performer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for bringing a character to life on stage, showcasing exceptional leadership skills and the ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities:

• Learns lines, songs, and/or dances with precision
• Conducts thorough research on the play/character
• Attends all rehearsals and costume fittings in a timely manner
• Takes direction from the Director and/or Choreographer effectively
• Collaborates with other performers to achieve a cohesive show
• Performs the show to an audience with confidence

Essential Qualifications:

• Multitasking and pressure management abilities
• Strong technical production and wardrobe management skills
• Experience in arts management, risk management, and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication and scheduling skills
