The Role

We're seeking a dedicated and creative English educator to join our team. As a Lead English Educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans for children aged 3-7. Your primary focus will be on building strong phonics foundations, improving reading, writing, and communication skills in a fun and interactive manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver small-group English lessons that cater to different age groups and abilities.
  • Prepare and create lesson resources to keep classes lively and effective.
  • Track student progress using assessment tools and provide clear feedback to students and parents.
  • Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, English, or a related field (MOE-recognised preferred).
  • Strong understanding of phonics and English language rules, with experience teaching young learners.
  • Energetic, patient, and creative personality with the ability to make lessons come alive.
