Electronics Technician Position

This role involves working with electronic test and measurement equipment, such as oscilloscopes, function generators, data analyzers, and multimeters, to debug and validate systems.

A strong understanding of technical documentation, including PCB schematics, system wiring diagrams, and test procedures, is essential for this position.

  • Proficiency in electronic troubleshooting at the component, board, and system levels is required.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including PCB schematics, system wiring diagrams, and test procedures, is necessary.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols, such as RS232, RS485, Ethernet, and experience with surface and subsea equipment configuration are highly valued.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in electronics or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Previous experience as an electronics technician with 1-3 years of experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with various communication protocols, such as RS232, RS485, Ethernet, is essential.
  • Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn are also required.
