Job Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our production team as a Production Associate.

Description:

  • The primary role of this position is to perform assembly, inspection and testing of in-house products according to established work instructions, drawings and production schedules.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • This role involves working collaboratively with the team on all production activities and other assigned duties.
  • Support other processes and activities as needed.
  • Verify incoming parts against quality standards to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in projects such as process improvement initiatives and data collection for quality and production analysis.
  • Assist in maintaining demonstration and marketing equipment.

Requirements:

  • NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering
  • A proactive and positive attitude, innovative mindset, self-motivation and results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to perform soldering work and possess basic knowledge of electronics and RF measurement
  • Understanding of time domain and frequency domain measurements
