Job Title: Senior Food Safety and Compliance Lead
Description:
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee food safety and regulatory efforts across relevant APAC countries.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute food safety standards, compliance systems, and regulatory management across 6 markets.
  • Manage a team of direct reports, ensuring consistent execution, performance tracking, and a strong culture of compliance.
  • Act as the primary driver of food safety excellence, regulatory coordination, and audit programs.
  • Serve as the key interface between local authorities, internal teams, and global stakeholders.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 6+ years of experience in food safety, compliance, or quality management, ideally with regional oversight.
  • Proven track record leading multi-country teams and managing distributed direct reports.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, GHP) and regulated product compliance.
  • Confident in managing stakeholders across operations, legal, and government agencies.
  • Analytical mindset, excellent communicator, and hands-on when needed.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the region based on needs.
