Talent Development Coordinator (Cybersecurity)Job Description The Talent Development Coordinator will support the implementation of talent mobility initiatives and learning & development frameworks for the cybersecurity workforce. The role involves program coordination, data management, content preparation and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities Program Coordination Assist in administering talent development and mobility frameworks. Act as point of contact for cybersecurity staff on development resources. Coordinate workshops, training sessions and mentoring activities, including scheduling and logistics. Data Management & Reporting Maintain and update competency and certification tracking systems. Support data compilation and analysis for program reporting. Prepare data visualisations using Excel or Tableau. Content & Communications Assist in preparing learning materials, guides and resources. Draft communication materials to promote development initiatives. Collect and document feedback for improvement. Stakeholder Engagement Prepare presentation materials for meetings. Work closely with HR and cybersecurity teams on program delivery. Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 3–5 years of relevant experience in talent development, learning & development, or HR coordination. Strong coordination and organisational skills with attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with LMS or data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau) is advantageous. Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn. #J-18808-Ljbffr
