We are seeking a seasoned Learning consultant to assist our clients in identifying their learning requirements and aid Visa University in establishing a comprehensive and agile framework for customizing existing learning content and creating new bespoke programs to meet specific client needs and better educate a broad range of client employees. The successful candidate will have a strong background in learning design strategy with a proven track record in creating and implementing effective learning programs. They will also need to understand APs regional business priorities Visa University (VU) curriculum and VUs KPIs. They will be responsible for meeting AP VU revenue expense and margin targets and instrumental in driving sales of new revenue source programs in AP.
