Position Overview We're seeking passionate, driven educators who excel in IB or A-Level Chinese to pioneer our Scholars program. This full‐time role offers an exciting opportunity for aspiring educators to enter the education field, undergo rigorous training, and rapidly evolve into outstanding tutors who deliver personalized, impactful Chinese tutoring for students across primary to JC/IB levels. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional one‐to‐one Primary School to JC/IB Chinese tutoring. Design and conduct engaging sessions tailored to each student's individual needs and learning styles. Continuously assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to maximize learning outcomes. Participate actively in comprehensive curriculum training and professional development programs. Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment, prioritizing students' mental and emotional well‐being. Ideal Candidate Native command of Chinese (spoken and written). Several years teaching experience in 1:1 private tutoring or similar educational settings. Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students. Familiarity with MOE, JC, and IB curriculum expectations. Highly motivated to continuously learn and grow as an educator. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — approachable, empathetic, and engaging. Comfortable travelling to students' homes as part of the job (travel allowance provided).
