What You'll Do Commercial Tracking & Reporting Monitor sales, revenue, and adoption metrics for insurance products. Prepare performance dashboards and insights to support strategic decisions. Marketing & Campaign Support Coordinate marketing campaigns to drive awareness and product uptake. Ensure campaign materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand guidelines. Track campaign effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with internal teams (product, legal, finance, ops) to align on initiatives. Manage relationships with external partners including insurers, brokers, and regulators. Facilitate seamless cross-functional execution and ensure regulatory compliance. What You Bring Background & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. 2 years of experience in insurance, fintech, lending, finance, or digital platforms. Proven experience in commercial analysis, marketing coordination, or stakeholder management. Technical Skills Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with CRM platforms and campaign tracking tools. Basic understanding of insurance products and financial metrics. Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
