Finance Executive (Contract 6 months renewal)Job Title: Finance Executive (Immediate starter - 6 months + Renewable)Work Week: 5 days, Monday to Friday Attire: Corporate Attire Key Responsibilities As a Finance Executive, you will need to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth day‐to‐day finance operations. Your responsibilities will include: Process vendor invoices, staff claims, payments, and purchase orders with accuracy and compliance Verify/track supporting documentation/reconcile and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Prepare journal entries and support the month‐end closing process with a finance admin Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review Maintain organised and accurate financial records for audit and compliance purposes Requirements We are seeking a detail‐oriented and motivated individual with the following: Education: ITE/Diploma and above in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline 1‐2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounts Good understanding of financial processes, bookkeeping principles, and reporting standards Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero)Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities A proactive, meticulous, and reliable team player who can work independently Interested applicants, please click to apply for the job.
