Singapore Stroke Support Station Full time

Overview Stroke Support Station (S3) is a non-profit organization in Singapore dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for stroke survivors and their caregivers. S3 provides a range of programs focused on rehabilitation, empowerment, and community reintegration. Through specialized activities, wellness programs, and caregiver support, S3 aims to foster physical, emotional, and social well-being. The organization also advocates for stroke awareness and collaborates with healthcare professionals, volunteers, and partners to offer holistic, person-centered care for the stroke recovery journey. You Will Conduct assessments for clients during admission and periodic reviews Evaluate, plan and conduct rehabilitation programme for clients Provide individual and group interventions for clients Assist in the discharge planning and care plan for clients Participate in case discussion with care team Assist in the development and review of rehabilitation and wellness programmes for clients Training and supervision of therapy assistants You Are Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy and registered with AHPC Able to converse in English and other languages (Mandarin, Chinese dialects, Tamil or Malay)Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferably with 2 years in step-down care outpatient settings Understanding of neurological rehabilitation and musculoskeletal condition Dynamic and proactive personality with good public relation and communication skills Someone who has good management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills What We7re Offering Training opportunities for professional growth and development Competitive salary in the Social Service sector Fun team that strive to work hard and play hard Whats next?We welcome your application even if you don’t feel you meet every requirement, there could be other roles that match your abilities.
