Any other adhoc administrative duties Requirements: Diploma or above, preferably in business administration Min 3 years of working experience preferably in Customer Care Management and/or Ops Admin Management Good customer service, communication, project management and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook etc. Proficient in Pivot Table will be advantageous. Meticulous with good attention to detail.
