Emergency Response Specialist

Your primary objective as an Emergency Response Specialist is to ensure the safety of individuals and minimize property damage during critical situations.

This role requires specialized training in aviation firefighting, equipping you with the skills to handle aircraft incidents or accidents efficiently. You will be responsible for overseeing the operational effectiveness of the firefighting unit under your supervision and operating advanced fire vehicles/vessels and specialized equipment.

To prepare you for this role, a comprehensive 3-month Basic Airport Fire Fighter training program will be provided. This training covers the fundamental principles of firefighting, enabling you to develop the necessary skills and techniques to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Following the initial training, you will participate in a 1-month Airport Fire Officer course, which will enhance your leadership skills for small team tactics. Upon completion of your training, you will be assigned to an airport fire station, where you will apply your technical expertise and gain valuable operational experience.

You may also be posted to other airport fire stations or military airbases as part of your job rotation, providing you with a diverse range of experiences and challenges.
