Join to apply for the Project Manager (Cloud)role at EPAM Systems As a Project Manager for Cloud Migration, you will lead the end-to-end migration of on-premises infrastructure and applications from on-prem to AWS Cloud. You will work closely with solution architects, cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders and cloud architects, to ensure successful planning, execution and delivery of cloud migration projects. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and manage cloud migration projects from on-premises to AWS, ensuring that project objectives, timelines and budgets are met Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with business requirements Work closely with solution architects, cloud architects, infrastructure teams and vendors to execute the migration strategy Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations Manage the development and execution of migration roadmaps, including application, database and data migration Lead project teams in the identification of dependencies, bottlenecks and resource needs to ensure timely delivery Ensure compliance with AWS cloud security standards, policies and best practices Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management and stakeholders Monitor post-migration performance and ensure operational stability and optimization of AWS cloud infrastructure Requirements At least 8 years of experience in managing IT projects, preferably experience in GCC migration Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM and security best practices Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure migration projects, particularly from on-premises to cloud environments Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies Experience with cloud automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skill We offer By choosing EPAM, you're getting a job at one of the most loved workplaces according to Newsweek 2021, 2022 & 2023.
