Architectural Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our team.

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement overall architectural site works with sub-contractors and other related trades to ensure safe execution.
  • Identify and resolve all architectural problems that arise on-site in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Project Manager and Site Manager in organizing and deploying resources and materials for the project, addressing site matters and complaints related to project sites.
  • Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials, and necessary documents to consultants for approval.
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors and solve technical problems.
  • Review construction programs and method statements.
  • Prepare and attend Ready-To-Use (RTU) inspections, site meetings, monitor, and supervise site architectural works, liaise with consultants, etc.
  • Adhere to safety practices in the workplace.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A diploma or degree in architecture and building or its equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
