Responsibilities
Support the design, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across channels (social media, digital ads, in-app content, partnerships).
Assist in creating clear and engaging marketing copy for campaigns, newsletters, ads, and social media posts.
Work closely with designers to produce marketing collaterals that are on-brand and compelling.
Help monitor customer engagement metrics such as conversion rates, adoption, and active usage.
Participate in A/B testing and data-driven campaign improvements.
Support partnership marketing initiatives, including liaising with external partners and managing campaign deliverables.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure communications are aligned with brand identity and compliance requirements.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internships in marketing, digital, or creative fields are a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
Familiarity with social media platforms, digital campaigns, or content creation. Analytical mindset — comfortable with numbers, basic reporting, and eager to learn A/B testing and campaign tracking.
Organised, proactive, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (design tools are a bonus).
