Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Casino Market Development Leader . This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving business growth and building strong relationships with customers.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual who can work effectively with our sales team to drive business from defined target markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for leadership and development, customer engagement and relationship management, as well as strategic planning and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement market-specific initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers to drive incremental visitation to our resort.
  • Assist in the timely implementation of market-specific initiatives with clear, measurable targets and assigned ownership.
  • Contribute to collaborative strategic planning processes within the team to identify opportunities that drive optimal growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and self-manageable with a proven track record in sales, business development, relationship marketing, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management capability with the ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
  • Adept at communicating effectively with diverse groups of people and handling conflicts and problems in a culturally diverse environment.
  • Fluent in English and another Asian language, with Mandarin, Japanese, Thai, Tagalog, Vietnamese, and Hindi being viewed favorably.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft software including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
