As a Hair Stylist, you will provide high-quality hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, while ensuring excellent customer service. If you have a passion for hairdressing and want to work in a dynamic and professional environment, this is the perfect opportunity for youKey Responsibilities Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, perming, straightening, and other hair treatments for clients. Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments. Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the salon, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized. Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships. Recommend hair care products and treatments to clients to enhance their look and maintain hair health. Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff to create a positive and professional environment. Ensure compliance with salon policies, safety, and hygiene standards. Required Skills and Qualifications Certification or diploma in hairdressing or a related field. Strong knowledge of various hairstyling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments. Ability to assess clients hair conditions and recommend suitable treatments. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Creativity and attention to detail in styling and coloring. Good time management and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a professional and friendly attitude. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon or similar setting. Experience working with diverse hair types and textures is a plus. Prior experience in a high-end salon is advantageous. Working Hours 6 days a week with 1 day off. Shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays. Working hours: 10 AM – 8 PM (may vary based on client bookings). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities In-depth understanding of different hair types and scalp conditions. Knowledge of professional hair products and their applications. Ability to create trendy and classic hairstyles as per client preferences. Strong interpersonal skills to ensure a comfortable and welcoming salon experience. Commitment to maintaining salon hygiene and safety standards.
