We are currently on the search for a driven individual who enjoys problem solving and making a difference in the insurance claim journey to complement our existing team.
Responsibilities
Deliver professional and excellent service when completing site assessments, interacting with customers and clients.
Proactively communicate clear and accurate advice, timeframes and claim progress to all stakeholders.
Clarify circumstances surrounding loss and causation.
Verify the nature and extent of loss/damage.
Contribute to the further growth and success of the company.
Requirements
2 years insurance loss adjusting experience or equivalent work experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Relevant industry qualifications such as ANZIIF or AICLA or equivalent.
