We are looking for a Corporate Communications and Marketing Manager to make an impactAbout the Role (Mission)This role exists to strategically shape and amplify Schneider Electric's brand and voice in Singapore, both internally and externally. It ensures that employees are engaged and aligned with the company's purpose, while also driving market visibility and business growth through impactful marketing communications. As part of Schneider Electric's marketing transformation journey, this role will act as a change agent, helping to modernize communication practices, foster agility, and embed a customer‐centric mindset across the organization. What will you do?Corporate Communications & Internal Engagement (50%)Define and implement the internal communication strategy in partnership with the Country President and Business Leaders Support HR and Employer Branding to promote Schneider Electric's Employer Value Proposition (EVP). Drive employee engagement through storytelling, leadership communications, and interactive platforms. Manage internal channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, town halls) and ensure timely, relevant content. Lead crisis communication and change management efforts when needed. Integrated Marketing Communications (50%)Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across Events, Public Relations, Thought Leadership, Social Media & Digital Marketing etc Align with business units to support lead generation and brand positioning. Budgetary control to ensure marketing spend aligns with business priorities. What qualifications will make you successful for this role?Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in Corporate and Marketing Communications Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities. Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a matrixed organization. Experience in B2B marketing and technology sectors is a plus.
