As a Learning & Development & Internal Communications HR Intern , you will support the team in creating meaningful learning experiences and communications that strengthen our people culture and brand. You’ll help identify learning needs, curate development content, and bring our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and People Manifesto to life through engaging internal messages and activities. What You’ll Do Support the planning and coordination of learning programs and training sessions. Curate learning content from internal platforms and external sources to build relevant curricula (expert, functional and professional skills). Refresh the new hire onboarding experience and learning content. Research new learning tools, technologies, and trends to enhance employee development. Craft clear, creative, and consistent communication content aligned with our brand and EVP. Assist in planning internal campaigns and engagement initiatives (e.g., Learning Week, culture events, employee stories). What You’ll Learn How learning strategy and internal communications drive engagement and performance. How to design and promote impactful learning experiences across a diverse workforce. Hands-on experience in storytelling, content creation, and communication planning. Who You Are Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Communications, or Business. Passionate about learning, growth, and employee engagement. Strong communication, writing, and organization skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office ; experience with Canva or digital tools is a plus. Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
