Overview
Electrical Works Package Manager (Contract) role at Vita Partners Real Assets. Vita Partners is Asia-Pacific's largest pan-regional pure-play life science, innovation and R&D real estate platform, backed by Lendlease and Warburg Pincus. The platform focuses on investing, acquiring, developing, constructing, managing, and operating real estate projects in fast-growing life sciences, innovation and R&D real estate markets in Asia-Pacific.
The project focuses on a pharma/biopharma construction environment, with a strong compliance focus and client specifications through GMP standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee electrical contractors to ensure high-quality installations aligned with pharma-grade standards.
Maintain site and test records in compliance with client requirements, Building Control Act, and industry regulations.
Conduct inspections, identify defects, and ensure timely rectification.
Manage the full lifecycle of the electrical package including LV/MV distribution, cleanroom power systems, lighting, fire alarms, and ELV systems.
Coordinate specialist design support services and ensure seamless integration with other disciplines (CSA, HVAC, Process Utilities).
Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Provide regular reporting on progress, quality, and compliance.
Act as the key point of contact for electrical scope during audits, inspections, and commissioning.
About You / Qualifications
Recognized degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
7–10 years of experience in electrical design and construction, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environments
Proven ability to manage complex projects under pressure and deliver results
Strong planning, negotiation, and client-facing skills
Familiarity with cleanroom electrical standards, validation protocols, and authority submission processes
