Responsibilities Manage battery pack development lifecycle from concept to launch. Align R&D, procurement, and manufacturing teams. Ensure compliance with UN38.3, IEC, and local standards. Lead DFMEA/PFMEA sessions for pack and BMS integration. Monitor supplier performance and program KPIs. Maintain risk registers and implement corrective actions. Requirements Degree in Electrical/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering. 6+ years’ experience in EV battery programs or pack integration. Strong project/program management background. Knowledge of battery safety testing and lifecycle management. Preferred Qualifications Pouch/prismatic module experience. BMS fundamentals and DFMEA certification.
