Student Experience Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting student internship programmes and exchange activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support student internship programmes and exchange activities.
  • Arrange accommodation, transportation, orientation sessions, and cultural visits.
  • Liaise with partner institutions, employers, and students regarding schedules and logistics.
  • Support the planning and execution of training programmes and overseas student group visits.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support before, during, and after programme periods.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update student records regularly.
  • Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Handle students' and group leaders' inquiries and provide timely assistance in both English and Mandarin.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and coordination tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written), as most of our clients are Mandarin-speaking.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work occasional evenings or weekends, depending on group schedules.
Additional Notes:
  • We welcome foreign applicants. However, please note that we currently only have Work Permit (WP) quota for non-China nationals.
  • This role requires flexibility, strong multitasking ability, and a willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
