Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: FMCG Wholesaler
  • Position Title: Warehouse Assistant (Product labelling and Packing)
  • Working Location: West – Tuas (Company transport provided at Boon Lay MRT, drop off at Joon Koon MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 7.30am - 4.45pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to SGD AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently apply labels to products and packaging in accordance with company guidelines
  • Ensure label accuracy by verifying that all printed information meets established quality standards
  • Sort, organize, and prepare products for the labeling process while maintaining a neat and organized workspace
  • Pack and secure products properly to prepare them for safe and timely shipment
  • Monitor inventory levels regularly and promptly report any discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by following all safety policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and on-time task completion
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

  • Able to lift and move items weighing up to 15 kg and standing for extended periods
  • Willing and able to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving cartons
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexible to work overtime based on operational or business needs
