Job Title:

Ambitious Leader Sought for Senior Operations Position

As a seasoned senior operations professional, you will oversee the daily functioning of our business, ensuring that rendered services meet the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 to 10 years' experience in construction and air conditioning services, with a strong background in leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

You will be responsible for managing finances, developing business leads through sustainable relationships, and driving customer satisfaction and market position improvement.

A Bachelor's Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in Construction and Air Conditioning Servicing is preferred. The role requires a confident and dynamic personality, effective communication skills, and the ability to lead organisational succession planning and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations
  • Ensure rendered services of the highest quality
  • Oversee finances for both front and back of house
  • Act as mentor to develop leaders and team in general
  • Challenge new ideas while actively balancing risks and opportunities
  • Develop business leads via sustainable relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in Construction and Air Conditioning Servicing (preferred)
  • At least 5 to 10 years' experience in Construction and air conditioning services
  • Experience working with different team dynamics
  • Good leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Confident and dynamic personality
  • Team player with effective communication skills at all levels
