Your Mission
As a Marketing Trainee with a strong AI orientation, your primary role will be to develop and manage AI-based influencers across various verticals identified by Rainmaker. Using mainly third-party tools, you will bring virtual personas to life and craft impactful social media strategies around them. Your work will be both creative and analytical, requiring strong market insights, autonomy, and a flair for innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Create AI influencers aligned with specific market verticals (Tech, ecommerce, education... , etc.)
Conduct market and trend research to identify relevant audience segments, behaviors, and opportunities.
Design and implement A/B tests to optimize content, tone, format, and publishing strategy.
Work closely with the creative and tech teams to bring influencer personas to life (style, voice, visual identity).
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and propose continuous improvements.
Be a force of proposal: suggest new formats, trends, and platform strategies.
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tech in AI-generated content.
Profile We’re Looking For:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
Strong interest in artificial intelligence, social media, and influencer marketing.
Autonomous, curious, and creative mindset.
Good understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta and how influencers perform on them.
Some exposure to tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, RunwayML or other generative AI platforms is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English (French is a bonus).
Comfortable working in a test-and-learn environment and motivated by KPIs and tangible impact.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Minimum 6 months (Internship with potential full-time hire)
