Responsible for expanding Validation & Quality Consulting business among Chinese MNC clients and international markets.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for market development of Validation & Quality Consulting Services, including expansion among Chinese MNC clients and international markets.
- Accountable for the business unit's performance targets, delivering revenue growth and profitability through strategic contracts and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute business unit strategies and operational plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Drive business growth in collaboration with sales teams by leading technical solution design and customer relationship management.
- Responsible for team organization and talent cultivation.
- BS/MS in Life Sciences or Engineering disciplines (Pharmacy, Biotech, QA/QC preferred)
- 8+ years pharmaceutical/biotech industry tenure including 5+ years leading validation programs, GMP compliance systems or quality consulting engagements.
- Strong deal-making competency with track record of originating new client relationships and achieve business targets.
- MNC client development and project delivery experience required, with preference for candidates from top-tier consulting firms in the same field.
