If you possess a proactive approach, collaborative spirit and courage to communicate locally and globally, this might be the right opportunity for youCore Responsibilities Evaluate product structure and design to meet safety and functional requirements throughout the whole development process. Review current processes to ensure continuous improvement and drive cross‐functional projects to optimize processes. Drive large incidents to identify root causes and implement countermeasures using proper problem‐solving tools. Initiate Q‐Test plans for high‐complexity elements to ensure risks are identified with DFM during production. Define test methods in development stage and ensure suppliers conduct the tests accordingly. Conduct production pilots at vendor plants, evaluate and qualify manufacturing processes. Take ownership of learning and development, proactively improving the area of responsibility and transforming functional knowledge into tangible results. Support supplier quality management, including supplier quality audits and customer claim handling. Identify visual quality issues according to LEGO error definitions and VQG guidelines. Ensure a healthy and safe work environment for yourself and other employees. Approve or reject development testing methodologies, escalated quality risks, and novelty PP quality for transition to mass production. Verify and validate development performance according to development agreements. Contribute risk findings to project teams using professional quality tools (CTQs, FMEA, SPC, CPK, PPAP). Follow up on development weak points or challenges that may impact mass‐production stability. Provide quality input for novelty development in earlier stages. Align PS test with PS and supplier teams. Approve test diagrams for development physical testing and drive PP approval. Improve supplier development quality management and provide quality input for high‐complexity projects (DFM/DFA). Check in with QID for D‐FMEA and add local quality input. Review development data to evaluate performance. Initiate P‐FMEA to minimize development process risk and verify reliability for key measurements and testing. Engage in development problem solving. What You Need Proven working experience in quality development or design engineering in plastic/injection moulding industry with relevant educational background. Strong quality mindset that never compromises on quality. Expertise in plastic materials, moulding or related processes; experience in the toy industry and knowledge of international toy safety standards (ASTM, EN71, ISO 8124, etc.) is preferred. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and MSA. Supplier quality development and management experience in Thailand is preferred. Project management skills and strong oral and written communication abilities. Data‐science skills for performance analysis and risk indication. Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Decision‐Making Authority Assess quality stability in development design. Verify reliability of supplier testing methods. Close TQs. Accept or reject PPAP decisions.
