We are looking for an EPC-qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE to start immediately with us. What skills are we looking for: Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction with 5+ years PQE. Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating project contracts, including EPC turnkey contracts, split contracts (TSA + BOP), multi‐contract packages, and O&M contracts. In‐depth knowledge of FIDIC‐based contracts and experience negotiating complex contract terms. Experience supporting a variety of renewable energy projects e.g. wind and solar. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with cross‐border experience. Commercially minded – experience working in commercial functions and understanding commercial processes and associated data flows and impacts. Available to start immediately. Currently based in Singapore.
