Chief of Staff
who will direct work with our Founder & CEO to drive growth, forge meaningful partnerships, and expand our reach across key sectors. If you're passionate about sustainability, marketing, operations, and making a lasting impact, this role is for you

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

The Chief of Staff shall work directly with our Founder & CEO to drive growth and support operations. The role provides significant growth opportunity to the candidate for long term value creation and learning across multiple functions.

Some of the key functional areas of work include:

A. Social media

1. Content Creator
– Liaising communication with her to get monthly content, then add it in Canva brand templates. Repeats every month.

2.
Scheduling content
– Use Metricool for posting on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook. LinkedIn. Get it approved by CEO with copy too. Use AI where applicable.

3.
Influencer content
– Reach to micro influencers (template ready) via left-handesign Instagram page, message, send a contract promising content and review in exchange of products. Monthly reach out 50 all over Australia. Finalise 10. Schedule the content with our in-house creator over the month.

4.
Ideas for content
- Create monthly ideas and concepts in sync with the marketing calendar. Browse trends of TikTok, Instagram to see what's viral.

5. Tech –
Should be able to use tech like Metricool, Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Manychat to create flows

6. Blog –
To create SEO blogs concepts 2-3 ideas monthly and publish.

7. Shopify –
Able to update and check orders regularly. Send in order list to be packed.

8.
Google Ads –
Basic knowledge of tech and use of the platform. To check all connectivity

9.
Email Marketing –
Use of klaviyo or any other email marketing. Create brand aligned emailers weekly in sync with marketing calendar.

10.
Campaigns planning
– Tracking the marketing calendar to map out all campaign ideas for the month to CEO timely

11.
Facebook/Instagram Community
chats
- Once a day or once in 2 days post engaging content and respond to comments. Share left-handesign in other groups of local community promoting the brand.

12.
Website maintenance
– Keep the website updates at all ties

B. Admin

1. Inbox –
Arrange the inbox according Clients, To-Dos, Approvals, Appointments, Invoicing, Order lists

2. Bills –
Make sure all bills paid a day before
