Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, SCFM Amazon Web Services (AWS) invites experienced Technical Program Managers to join our Infrastructure Services team. This role focuses on driving new Liquid Cooling technology enablement for Server and Rack Test within our Supply Chain Facilities Management. Seniority level: Mid‐Senior level | Employment type: Full-time | Job function: Project Management, Management, and Product Management DESCRIPTION AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovations they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain, and we're looking for talented people who want to help. Within the Manufacturing Operations, Transportation Operations, and Reverse Logistics team (MOTOR), you will collaborate with a diverse group of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You will play a pivotal customer‐oriented role in delivering the highest safety, security, and capacity standards for our customers while maintaining low cost. Key Job Responsibilities Lead the definition and shepherd the development of new features and important optimizations to facilities as part of a cross‐functional team. Drive facility upgrade and new green field building projects, explore new technologies and business models, and embrace ambiguity to enable new technology liquid cooling facility upgrades for manufacturing enablement. Think big, use business judgement, and make decisions quickly even in the absence of complete data. About The Team Supply Chain Facilities Management (SCFM) drives a global strategy to support the MOTOR vertical pillars (ACL, RRL, MFG) via standardization of space planning, design and construction, periodic and preventive maintenance, and security of our portfolio of global facilities. The team supports facilities, security, and critical projects worldwide and manages an Integrated Facilities Management partner comprising Facilities Managers, Building Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, and Facilities Coordinators.
