Monitor progress to ensure projects are on track and adjust schedules or resources as necessary.Supervision of Work: Supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure tasks are completed as per the project’s specifications. Ensure adherence to safety regulations, local building codes, and quality standards. Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues promptly.Budget & Resource Management: Assist with the development of project budgets and manage resources effectively. Order and schedule materials, tools, and equipment needed for the project. Track project expenses and report on costs to avoid budget overruns.Quality Control: Inspect and verify the quality of work performed. Address defects, rework, or incomplete tasks to meet project specifications. Ensure work is performed in compliance with all legal, safety, and environmental standards.Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols on the job site to prevent accidents and injuries. Adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals and timelines.Job Requirements:Education & Experience:Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.
