Senior Executive/Executive, Office Marketing (Lease Admin)
ESR Real Estate Services Management (formerly APM Property Management) is part of the ESR Group, APAC's largest real asset manager and the third largest listed real estate investment manager globally. Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the office marketing team, ensuring high-quality work within deadlines.
Prepare Letters of Offer, lease documents, and standard correspondence.
Track and monitor lease document statuses for timely completion.
Coordinate legal communications with external lawyers and landlords for lease documentation.
Process lease documentation, ensure accuracy, and log information into the lease database and filing systems.
Maintain organized files and records, both electronic and hard copies.
Update and maintain lease and tenant contact databases.
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Process security deposit refunds and invoices promptly.
Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting officer or head of department.
Requirements
Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration, or equivalent, with 1-2 years of relevant experience in commercial or office leasing.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
