Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact The IT Network / Cyber Maintenance Engineer will focus on maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, system integrity, and compliance with cybersecurity standards. Be Part of Our Success Using appropriate tools and following maintenance manuals for task execution. Performing scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Conducting root cause analysis for technical issues. Applying system and cybersecurity patches. Participating in technology refresh activities. Managing configuration, asset, and change management processes. Participating in development of enhanced Knowledge Management System (KMS), Systems interconnection diagrams, and Diagnostic and Health monitoring capabilities to reduce recovery times. To ensure system high availability and fault tolerance. To perform regular maintenance, including preventive and corrective tasks. To execute cybersecurity patches and participate in tech refresh activities. To manage network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall configurations. To work with teams across Divisions to recover faults and perform post event analysis. To support Department Manager in ensuring recovery times are met to achieve 24/7 readiness requirements.
