If you're ready to be part of this exciting journey, your adventure begins hereWe are seeking an experienced Regional Service Planner to oversee the allocation of Field Service Engineers (FSE) in the APAC region. This role will focus on monitoring service requests, supporting training and competence development, efficiently planning on-the-job training opportunities, and capturing these opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resource planning, service management, and team collaboration. Innovate for a better world with us. What you will be doing APAC Representation : Represent APAC for all resource allocation for PH KM projects. •Information Gathering : Gather information on KM projects from various sources such as ERP, CRM, D365, local sales, and docking plans. Service Request Management : Monitor the APAC Service inbox and handle all incoming service requests related to PH jobs. Planning Meetings : Arrange bi-weekly planning meetings within the APAC region. OJT Management : Proactively manage on-the-job training opportunities in line with regional competence development plans. Training and Cost Tracking : Track and monitor training activities and related costs for the APAC region. Service KPIs : Track and monitor service-related KPIs such as declines. Non-Conformities : Track and monitor non-conformities and related costs and follow up to share lessons learned. Process and Workflow Optimization : Understand process and workflow from a data management perspective and optimize the process to make it more efficient. We think you should have Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, computer science or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in resource planning or service management, preferably in the APAC region. Industry Knowledge : Preferably good understanding of the service industry, particularly marine aftermarket projects, and familiarity with APAC market dynamics. Technical Proficiency : Expertise in using ERP, CRM, D365, and project management tools. Skills : Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Competence Development : Knowledge of resource allocation principles, competence development, on-the-job training processes, and tracking service-related KPIs and non-conformities.
