Job ID Posted 23-Sep-2025Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Sales & Leasing, Sales/Brokerage Location Singapore What You'll Do Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, owners, developers, and tenants ensuring client care programs are implemented Generate business in leasing and selling industrial properties on behalf of owners and tenants Recognize client needs and expectations and respond efficiently and professionally Conduct site inspections to assess viability and potential for selling and leasing Continuously source business through networking, organizing marketing, and preparing pitch proposals Build a solid track record in your market hitting revenue targets and leading from the front Preferably with experience connecting with government authorities and familiar with their policies will be an advantage What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or related field with 4-8 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree Must be CEA Certified Relevant experience in industrial/hi-tech business park, warehouses, or factories is a strong advantage Demonstrated effective negotiation skills Excellent client relationship management skills Superior organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects and teams A strong work ethic and willingness to work hard and cohesively in a team Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to clients Why CBRE When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
