As part of our Performance Marketing team , you'll play a critical role in driving growth and ROI for the Singapore market , combining strategy with hands-on execution. This is a lead-level, individual contributor role where you'll manage significant budgets, shape campaign direction, and influence business outcomes through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end ad campaign creation, management, reporting, and optimization across channels (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, retargeting platforms).
Lead quarterly and monthly performance marketing strategy for the Singapore market, ensuring alignment with overall growth plans.
Manage substantial budgets and make allocation decisions to maximize efficiency and performance.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities and propose strategic initiatives that drive measurable results.
Stay ahead of industry trends and collaborate with external partners to maintain a first-mover advantage in performance marketing.
Generate creative ad ideas informed by data, consumer insights, and market trends.
Prepare performance reports and insights for key stakeholders on a regular basis.
Partner with internal teams like Campaigns, Creative, Brand, Content, Partnerships, Category, and Planning to deliver integrated growth initiatives.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within high-growth eCommerce or marketplace environments.
Strong mix of strategic thinking and in-platform execution ability.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related discipline.
Proven ability to analyze data, extract insights , and translate them into actionable strategies. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI is advantageous.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
A data-driven mindset, coupled with creativity and curiosity.
