About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with exceptional analytical skills to join our team as a Data Analyst.

Description of Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting : The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and managing distribution reports to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with business rules.
  • Business Intelligence : This role involves analyzing business data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that support decision-making and strategy execution.
  • Project Partnership : We are looking for someone who can partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, propose solutions, and support the development of new processing models.
  • Process Improvement : As a Data Analyst, you will provide analytical insights into business processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Technical Leadership : You will lead or support system-related projects such as new implementations, system migrations, database changes, or reporting structure enhancements.
  • Troubleshooting : If issues arise, you will troubleshoot them, provide interim solutions to maintain business continuity, and recommend process improvements for efficiency and scalability.

Requirements:

  • Analytical Expertise : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in business data analysis and reporting.
  • Tool Proficiency : Experience in various data analytics tools including Alteryx, Anaplan, Python, Power BI, SQL, etc.
