Singapore Component Solutions Pte. Ltd. – Seletar The Engineer (Aerospace MRO) is the main technical focal point on the product assigned for supporting both internal and external customers. Responsibilities Provide technical support to the electro‐mechanical workshop; Review airworthiness publications (AD, CMM, SB, etc.) when new or updated, and follow up on required actions; Create and update maintenance worksheets, support sheets, special process procedures, test bench operating procedures, tooling evaluation forms and other technical documents required for component repairs; Review warranty claims and provide technical decisions; Insert/replace airworthiness documents (CMM, SB, maintenance worksheets, etc.) for workshop use; Submit technical queries to the OEM for technical clarification and out‐of‐scope repairs; Assist the workshop in improving special tools and coordinate with the vendor for tooling fabrication; Resolve test bench issues and ensure its availability for production use; Respond to technical inquiries from technicians, customer support, and other support functions; Support lean projects by identifying cost reduction solutions and leading the necessary sub‐tasks and propose improvement solutions; Conduct product training for the workshop. Job Requirements Degree in Engineering Strong knowledge of electronics is a plus Familiar with the aviation industry (OEM, regulations, maintenance protocols) is advantageous Knowledge on technical documentation used (Service Bulletin, OEM documents, CMM, IPC, etc.) is advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Able to interpret technical drawings Experience with 3D design software is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
