As part of our business expansion, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities: Manage the full product lifecycle - from market research, planning, and development coordination to launch and performance analysis. Collaborate with contract manufacturers and suppliers to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery. Analyze pharmacological data and ensure all products comply with HSA regulations and relevant industry standards. Develop and implement product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies. Provide product training and technical support to the sales and marketing teams. Monitor market trends and competitors' products to identify new opportunities and potential improvements. Work closely with regulatory, R&D, and marketing teams to ensure successful product introductions. Requirements: Must be a licensed Pharmacist with in-depth knowledge of pharmacology. 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the healthcare industry. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
