Job Description Provide administrative support to offshore division (crewing). Develop and maintain an effective filling system in the offshore division, in relation to the Crewing documents. Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filing duties. Ensure vessel's filing system is maintained and up to date. To ensure a checklists checklist, distribution list, filings and records are as per Safety Management System requirements statutory certificates for office copies are well kept in proper order. Maintain and update crew Certificates tracking spreadsheet. Responsible for preparing Travel Applications & making travel arrangements for crew. Assist the crewing operations to maintain petty cash statements and update as required. Assist Senior Crewing Executive / Asst. Crewing Manager in administrative works related to crew payroll and imprest fund, crew schedule, crew rotation, sign on/off documentations, crew welfare. Assist Crewing operations with master, port authorities and flag state on crew related issues (MPA). Requirements Min GCE "O" Levels, Diploma / Degree preferred Min 1 - 2 years in similar functions Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)MLC regulation and STCW Certificates Bilingual, to communicate with Indonesian crew Meticulous and attention to details #J-18808-Ljbffr
