Senior Engineering Project Manager Role

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Senior Engineering Project Manager to spearhead the development of cutting-edge satellite communication systems.

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring seamless integration of multiple stakeholders and resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement secure satellite communication solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and mitigation strategies to minimize delays and costs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in the satellite communications industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of modem technologies, including iDirect and equivalent systems.
  • Familiarity with SATCOM terminals, RF subsystems, and link budget analysis.
  • Proficient with diagnostic tools such as spectrum analyzers and network testers.
