Digital Product Analyst

This role is responsible for delivering innovative, future-ready, customer-centric, and data-driven digital solutions. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyse business needs, pain points, gaps, and industry trends, and translate these into actionable business requirements. The role involves close collaboration with business, product, platform, delivery, and technology owners to conceptualise, implement, and drive adoption of digital solutions across partners and customers.Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for digital product(s)/platforms requirements for identified industry partners in APAC, working with the Partner Business Analyst team to document and manage requirements Collaborate with product/platform owners to align business requirements with product/platform vision, roadmap, and value proposition Work closely with business and product owners to analyse and evaluate business needs, pain points and opportunities to develop clear and accurate specifications that fully address business requirements Facilitate and lead requirement workshops with business units alongside the Product Owner to gather and finalize requirements Partner with design teams to define customer journeys across standalone and embedded propositions Work with cross-functional teams to map end-to-end operational processes and develop simplified SOPs for digital products Translate business requirements into actionable user stories for efficient delivery by technical and delivery teams Collaborate with delivery teams using appropriate development methodologies (e.g., Agile) in outsourced, co-sourced, or in-house development environments, ensuring quality and timely delivery Support project delivery and management across multiple initiatives throughout the delivery lifecycle Analyse the impact of change requests, propose improvements to meet evolving business needs, and work with production support teams to resolve technical issues during operations and maintenance Requirements Degree holder Certifications in business analysis and Agile are preferred Minimum 5 years of experience as a Digital Business Analyst or Digital Product Analyst Experience in product/platform lifecycle management Proven experience in digital delivery within an Agile environment Familiarity with technologies, systems, and processes in insurance, financial services, or retail Proficiency in project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence Experience working with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders across APAC, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem- solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects/deliveries and tight timelines in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently Excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices
