About the company My client is a leading producer of test & measurement electronics equipment. Responsibilities Develop and structure sales quota goals and revenue expectations Supporting to secure sales volume and profit targets Manage the Order to Delivery process and KPI's Manage the price management and sales performance management Implement strong price management to maximise sales volume and profitability Responsible for business analysis, price management and market intelligence Planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations Skills & experience required Master / Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent Min 8 years of regional channel sales experience in test & measurement equipment environment Understand about ASEAN market (Indonesia / Phillipine / Vietnam Etc)Comfortable to be hands on (rolling up the sleeve and walk the ground)Experience in building distributor networks from scratch Conversant in pricing methodologies and building price strategies Able to travel around South East Asia for work assignment (40% travelling)Expertise in channel segmentation, distributor performance assessment If you are interested in the position , kindly send your CVs in to yitwei.kwan(@)randstad.com.sg.
