Student Wellbeing Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Student Wellbeing Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive student care and wellbeing initiatives that promote mental, emotional, and social wellbeing throughout students' academic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead holistic student care and wellbeing programmes, workshops, and campaigns.
- Provide initial support and referrals to specialist services as needed, ensuring students receive the right help at the right time.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in student services, welfare, or alumni relations.
- Trained in crisis support with the ability to provide effective counselling.
